H-type aluminum alloy sliding contact line
Other Products
H-type aluminum alloy sliding contact line is a power transmission equipment used for power supply of mobile equipment. Its conductive main body is an aluminum alloy profile with an "H"-shaped cross-section, so it is also called "H"-type energy-saving sliding wire device. This sliding contact line has the characteristics of energy saving, good conductivity, high mechanical strength and strong wear resistance, and is suitable for occasions with large current, fast running speed and poor environment.
Structural composition
The H-type aluminum alloy sliding contact line is mainly composed of the following parts:
H-type alloy main guide rail: It has excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength.
PVC insulating shell: It plays a protective role such as dustproof, rainproof and anti-corrosion.
External current collector: It is used to connect with mobile equipment to ensure stable current transmission.
Suspension and fixing components: Used to install and fix the sliding contact line.
Technical parameters
Rated current: According to different models, the rated current ranges from 200A to 2000A.
Current resistance: At +35°C, the resistance value ranges from 4.8×10⁻⁵Ω/m to 11.4×10⁻⁵Ω/m.
Insulating sheath breakdown voltage: 13.9kV.
Maximum running speed: 600m/min.
Ambient temperature range: -25°C to +55°C.
Suspension spacing: 1.5m to 3m.
Application fields
H-type aluminum alloy sliding contact lines are widely used in metallurgy, shipbuilding, crane, automobile manufacturing, port loading and unloading and other industries, and are especially suitable for occasions with large current, high usage frequency and fast running speed. With novel design, reasonable structure and convenient maintenance, it can meet the needs of various industrial occasions.
